Unable to update Serious Injury record

If you have a player who has been cleared to return to play from an injury, but you cannot find the Competition Case or update their return to play date on their Member record in Xplorer, this means it has not been linked to a Competition.

To find this record to update

  1. At the PU level, go to Competition Cases
  2. Tick Case without competition
  3. This will display a list of reports that are not linked to a competition
