Troubleshooting Xplorer profile creation
Bad Request -> User does not have a primary email to create password
Means that someone is a linked account and is trying to login.
To solve:
- They login with the primary account email details they are connected too.
- Their primary account holder adds an unique email address to the linked account and give them a sign in (so they too can become a primary account).
Bad Request -> Couldn't find user with provided token
Similar to the one above, the user is not a primary account holder.
Error “invalid token”
This is where individuals may request multiple reset passwords and are not clicking the latest email link to reset password. Note, as they send another reset password link, the previous one expires.
Invalid email address
Make sure that there is no space before or after the email address
